Customer Success Specialist (Entry Level)

Minimum Requirements

  • Be up for a startup!
  • You must care about working on something that's genuinely useful, solving an important  problem
  • You must be mentally agile: Comfortable with unfamiliar challenges, self teaching, learning new things, and being mentally flexible
  • You must be confident in your ability to solve problems. The CS team is small, but growing fast so you will need to take ownership of responsibilities
  • 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the Cybersecurity, DevOps or SaaS environment (prior startup experience strongly preferred)
  • Technical degree strongly preferred or equivalent / related real world experience
  • Proactive nature to ensure 'best in class' service

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer on-boarding and support relationships
  • Support customers with product issues, including set-up and troubleshooting through on-call resolution and help establish long-term customer relationships
  • Recreate, troubleshoot and assist engineering teams to resolve customer issues
  • Develop positive relationships with clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and driving the value of our products
  • Partner with various internal teams, including product, engineering and sales operations to understand and improve support workflows
  • Provide business insights based on data and working with customers to help drive RapidFort’s support strategy
