Software Supply Chain Security and the U.S. Cyber Strategy for America

In our position as the global leader in containerized software supply chain security, RapidFort supports the 6 March 2026 publication of "President Trump's Cyber Strategy for America" (PTCA). This document establishes clear linkage between our mission and U.S. objectives. The PTCA provides a strategy with the six pillars below, highlighted with our connection to each:
Each uses a RACI matrix verb with one informed area, two consulted, and three responsible. Our team expects these areas will evolve during strategy implementation and will continue to adapt.
Informed
Shape Adversary Behavior
RapidFort maintains informational awareness about national security missions to shape adversary behavior. Our team maintains supply chain security for deployed capabilities and troops, supporting wide-spread observability and countering surveillance state growth. These actions help the community maintain a competitive market through protecting intellectual property.
Consulted
Promote Common Sense Regulation
Our teams consult to help federal regulators deliver common sense regulation across emerging technology. Modern software environments, especially AI-driven ones, demand rapid acquisition, expedited deployment, and continuous monitoring. This remains difficult with current bloated, manual-process focused, legacy legislation.
Human-in-the-loop solutions maintain system integrity for AI deliveries but compliance and acquisition actions demanding multiple manual reviews require deprecation, sooner rather than later. Our teams maintain regular education cohorts for commercial partners to expedite federal compliance practices.
Sustain Superiority in Critical and Emerging Technologies
RapidFort also consults on sustaining superiority across critical, emerging technologies. RapidFort delivers hardening and curating solutions for 96%+ of all software derived from Open Source code. Despite new technology, the more complicated the deployment, the more likely an Open Source foundation or components exists.
RapidFort hardens and curates those libraries through minimizing distributing vulnerabilities in the supply chain, eliminating critical vulnerabilities, and removing excess and unused code from containers.

Responsible
Modernize and Secure Federal Networks
The core mission of RapidFort is to deliver the world's most secure containerized software supply chain to support modernizing and protecting federal networks, infrastructure, and operations. Our solution shifts security left, minimizing both legacy and new vulnerabilities enabling the prioritization of National Security systems.
Modernizing networks requires constant adaptation and our library of 30,000+ near-zero CVE images leads the market. Our technology accelerates government modernization by offering one for one container and image swaps without recoding, with minimal downtime, and with no lost functionality. These practices secure federal workspaces without impacting federal functions whether in the DoW, DoT, or DoE.
Secure Critical Infrastructure
We hope to continue focused success by continuing to partner with the government to secure critical infrastructure improvement as an extension of modernizing government networks. Modernizing CISA's 16 critical infrastructure areas such as manufacturing, communications, energy and others depends on being able to swap vulnerable containers for our curated solutions without losing functionality. Our design supports wide integration and massive scalings, areas we see as guaranteed to bring improvements to infrastructure.
Build Talent and Capacity
These improvements are only possible when the security community contributes to develop strong, educated, and U.S. based work forces. Our success depends on technical understanding. We enhance our customers, and the U.S. workforce by offering basic learning, thought leadership, and use-case solutions on improving software supply chain security. Advancement is not possible without smart people, and our responsibility to this plan includes continuing to develop smart people.
Summary
RapidFort supports the PTCA in identifying critical pillars to grow U.S. cyber capabilities. We inform decisions about adversary behavior, consult on common sense regulation and emerging technology, and are responsible for improving outcomes for modernizing networks, securing infrastructure and improving workforces. Strategies are the first step in developing the implementation to create success across these pillars. Join with us, secure your supply chain, and help advance the strategy.
